Request deletion

To request deletion of information associated with your Ben Saiten account or WhatsApp number, email rohipandhi@gmail.com with the subject "Ben Saiten data deletion request."

Include enough information for us to locate and verify your account:

• The email address associated with your account, if applicable.
• Your WhatsApp phone number, including country code, if you used the WhatsApp service.
• Whether you used the Service as a founder, investor, or administrator.

What happens next

We may ask for additional information to verify that the request concerns your account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible account information, messages, uploaded materials, and associated profile data. We will respond and complete the request within the period required by applicable law.

Information we may retain

Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate audit records. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten under our normal retention cycle.
